As the Director of Total Rewards, you’ll play a key role in designing and leading the organization’s compensation, benefits, HRIS, and recognition strategies. Reporting to the senior HR leadership team, you’ll have the opportunity to build scalable Total Rewards programs, influence organizational strategy, and help shape the future of a growing global enterprise.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy encompassing compensation, benefits, HRIS, and recognition programs
- Design and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and compensation frameworks that support business objectives and employee engagement
- Lead market benchmarking, pay equity analyses, and compensation planning initiatives to ensure competitiveness and compliance
- Evaluate and enhance health, wellness, retirement, and ancillary benefit offerings
- Partner with leaders to educate and guide compensation and benefits decisions across the organization
- Drive Workday optimization efforts and establish a long-term HR technology roadmap
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team supporting compensation, benefits, and HRIS functions while building scalable processes and infrastructure
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience with leadership responsibility in compensation, benefits, and HRIS
- Strong expertise in compensation strategy, salary administration, incentive design, and benefits management
- Hands-on Workday experience with a track record of HRIS optimization and strategic roadmap development
- Builder mentality with experience creating processes, programs, and structure in evolving environments
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of an organization
- Preferred certifications such as CCP, CBP, CEBS, or similar Total Rewards credentials
