As the Vice President of Operations, you’ll play a key role in leading manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and logistics operations across North America. Reporting to executive leadership, you will drive operational strategy, enhance organizational performance, and build scalable processes that support growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide initiatives, optimize a complex distribution and manufacturing network, and help shape the future direction of a growing global organization.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all manufacturing, distribution, logistics, procurement, transportation, and supply chain operations across multiple North American locations.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that improve safety, quality, productivity, delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Partner with executive leadership to establish long-range operational plans, operating budgets, resource allocation strategies, and growth initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, KPI management, and operational excellence methodologies.
- Optimize a primarily distribution-focused operation while supporting continued investment and expansion within manufacturing operations.
- Support the launch and ramp-up of a new distribution center while enhancing capacity planning, inventory management, and supply chain performance.
- Build organizational accountability through strong leadership, coaching, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, transportation, quality, and commercial teams.
- Evaluate operational performance through data, financial metrics, and reporting while translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable results.
What You’ll Bring
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and operations management environments.
- Proven success leading multi-site operations, improving operational KPIs, managing complex supply chains, and driving measurable business results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO standards, operational excellence initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across executive leadership teams, commercial organizations, and matrixed business structures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience supporting distribution center operations, logistics networks, inventory management, and customer fulfillment strategies.
- Global operations exposure and experience working across international teams is preferred.
- A hands-on leadership style with high emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
