As the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and leading talent acquisition strategy across North America. Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will drive recruiting excellence, workforce planning initiatives, employer branding, and talent acquisition transformation efforts that directly support business growth and organizational success. What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Talent Acquisition function across North America, developing recruiting strategies aligned with workforce planning and business growth objectives.
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to anticipate talent needs and create proactive hiring strategies across multiple functions.
- Drive transformation initiatives that improve recruiting processes, scalability, efficiency, compliance, and candidate experience.
- Own talent acquisition technology and analytics strategies, leveraging Workday Recruiting and data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.
- Develop and execute employer branding and talent attraction strategies that strengthen the organization's presence in competitive talent markets.
- Manage sourcing strategies, agency partnerships, recruiting vendors, and talent pipeline initiatives to ensure access to top talent.
- Build recruiting capability across the organization through training, tools, and partnerships that enhance hiring effectiveness.
- Serve as a strategic recruiter for leadership-level hiring while ensuring compliance with employment regulations, governance requirements, and Affirmative Action Plan initiatives.
What You’ll Bring:
- 7+ years of experience leading a Talent Acquisition or Recruiting function, with demonstrated success developing and executing enterprise recruiting strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; AIRS Certification or similar recruiting certifications are a plus.
- Strong experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions through data, market intelligence, and workforce planning.
- Expertise with Workday Recruiting or comparable ATS platforms, recruiting analytics, and talent acquisition technology optimization.
- Proven success leading change initiatives, improving recruiting processes, and building scalable talent acquisition programs.
- Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Strong sense of urgency, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to solving complex talent challenges.
- A collaborative leadership style that balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
