Fusion Recruiters, in collaboration with our client, a leader in health data platforms, is seeking a dynamic and people-centric Senior Manager of HR for a 6-month contract opportunity—completely REMOTE and ready for immediate impact!

As the Senior Manager of HR, you will be responsible for leading TIER ONE AND TIER TWO OPERATIONS. This People Leadership role may have 2-4 direct reports, including an HRIS Analyst. In this role, you will determine the strategy, development, and implementation of an HR Shared Services Model. You will be provided the opportunity to develop Tier One and Tier Two People Operations teams, fostering a culture of service excellence, accountability, and integrity.

What you will do:

• Manage team performance and development, ensuring clear goals, coaching, and growth opportunities.
• Partner closely with the Sr. Director of People Operations and other HR leaders to align operational priorities with the business needs.
• Oversee business reporting and analytics to inform People Operations strategy and continuous improvement.
• Act as a key liaison to HR Business Partners and other stakeholders for escalated support and process optimization.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 8-12 years of progressive HR, HR operations, HRIS or process improvement experience, including 3-5 years in a people management role.
• Strong knowledge of HR Shared Services, processes, systems, compliance, data management and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead through change, influence cross-functional partners, and drive improvement.
