Fusion Recruiters is partnering with a client to seek a talented Quality Engineer to join their team in Sheboygan Falls, WI. This role focuses on driving product quality improvements within a hands-on manufacturing environment, supporting both new product development and existing production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality initiatives across manufacturing processes, including corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts

• Support new product development through design reviews, FMEA participation, and validation activities

• Develop and submit PPAP documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirements

• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, production, and customers to improve product quality and manufacturability

• Analyze quality metrics (scrap, rework, complaints) and implement process improvements

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Required Experience: 3–5+ years in a manufacturing quality role

• Key Competencies: Hands-on problem solving, root cause analysis, PPAP/validation experience, ability to work cross-functionally in a production environment
